Celebrating THREE Years of Allize!

​Happy Allize-iversary!

On April 10, 2023, I kick-started the rest of my life.

I had no idea what a monumental shift owning my own company could and would be. I’ve only grown to love Allize more and more each day. The past three years have started me down a road I know I’ll be on for many years to come.

Here are some things I love about Allize:

• All of the amazing people I get to meet, know, and work with
• The flexibility of setting my own schedule and my own pace
• The freedom to decide what comes next
• Diving into new projects and new challenges and coming up with lasting solutions
• Working with so many repeat clients and growing those relationships and bonds across years

There are so many additional little (and big!) projects that have come up and I’m constantly grateful when new work comes in and new relationships form. Even if I am technically a solopreneur, I do not feel like I’m alone in this. I feel supported and thankful for everyone who helps me along the way. Whether that’s through introductions, answering questions, referrals, partnerships, MWBE subcontracting opportunities, or just a friendly face at a coffee or lunch. This whole endeavor is a group project.
