Well, at the time we went to acquire allize.com, it was unavailable. We had to pivot and liked the addition of co because it works in a lot of ways. Allize Company, Allize Consulting, Allize Communications, Allize Community, Allize Compassion, Allize Continuous Improvement, etc. Lots of great words and phrases that start with co! We will play more with this over the years. It was a happy happenstance.

We started Allize to try and change the paradigm of how we implement work. A lot of people are talking about people-first, human-centered ways of working. We wanted to be a force for good in making sure that this approach is executed in the public sector and nonprofit markets.
